Position OverviewAre you skilled in procurement and school administration? We are looking for a Senior Executive in Procurement to support schools by managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, and major maintenance activities. This role requires sourcing high-quality vendors, liaising with school authorities, and ensuring seamless administrative and procurement functions for educational institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and manage vendors for school-related goods and services, including IT, books, uniforms, sports equipment, and infrastructure needs.Liaise with government and school-related authorities for necessary approvals and compliance.Oversee procurement planning, negotiations, and vendor contract management.Handle logistics, billing, payments, and settlements related to procurement.Ensure smooth procurement and maintenance operations for school facilities.Monitor and control budgetary allocations for procurement and maintenance.Maintain inventory records and oversee asset management.Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS) and basic statutory requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Graduate degree in business, supply chain or a relevant field.Experience: 2 years in procurement and school administration (CBSE preferred).Skills: Vendor sourcing, contract drafting, budget management, and logistics handling.Preferred: Experience in infrastructure procurement and civil works.Core CompetenciesStrong understanding of school procurement and administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Hindi.Ability to work under tight schedules and adapt to changing requirements.Attention to detail with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Dr. Reddy’s Foundation is an equal opportunity employer.
