Roles and Responsibilities:Resolve support tickets related to SD.Monitor the queue and take ownership till ticket closure.Configuration changes based on the new business requirements.Proficient in sales Order processes such as OTC, Debit Memo, Credit Memo, Return Order, Cash Sale, and Invoice list.Providing instant solutions to the client/end user on run time errors based on the severityWorked closely with FICO consultants for FI-SD Key integration and configured and customized Revenue Account Determination for accurate sales value posting to G/L accounts.Working knowledge of using LSMW upload master data updates frequently as per the business.IDocs, fixing and reprocessing, ensuring data integrity and smooth data transfers.Managed different interfaces involving data transfers using IDocs and flat files between SAP and non-SAP legacy systems.Supporting key users and end users in day-to-day operations & resolved various levelsResolving trouble tickets and completing enhancements on time and with high quality.Client interaction, understanding the requirements and working on the same.Interacting with end users (if required) for more information.Interacting with ABAP team to explain the functional flow and business logic for the enhancements.Required Skills:Minimum of 6 years of experience in a full cycle implementation in S4 Hana as well as in support projects.Strong Knowledge of Design, customize, configure and testing of SD modules.Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needsStrong Knowledge of OTC, third party, IPO, STO, 3PL, Consignment and Subcontracting process.Knowledge in Credit Management (FSCM), ATP, Copy Controls & output DeterminationKnowledge in Revenue Account DeterminationMust have worked on Pricing & GSTMust have worked on IDoc, LSMW, Ticketing toolAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspectiveAbility to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with othersMust be results oriented, and demonstrate, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulnessHandle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issuesDocument functional designs, test cases and resultsFamiliarity with SAP SD integration to other modules PI, IBP, FI/CO, MM, PM, etc
