Job Title: Fundraising & Investor Relations Partner - StellarNOVA Emerging India FundLocation: Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurugram, India (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)About StellarNOVA VenturesStellarNOVA Ventures is a forward-thinking, technology-driven investment firm, focused on early-stage tech-driven startups in India and emerging markets.We combine a global investor network with strong local market expertise, backing ventures in FinTech, AI & DeepTech, AgTech, ClimateTech, HealthTech, ConsumerTech, and UrbanTech & MobilityTech.To drive our StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund forward, we seek a Fundraising & Investor Relations Partner to secure LP commitments, expand investor networks, and build strong, long-term relationships with LPs.If you have a proven track record in VC fundraising & investor relations, we’d love to hear from you!Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly connected and results-driven Fundraising & Investor Relations Partner who will be the face of StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund to Limited Partners (LPs), Family Offices, HNWIs, and Institutional Investors.Key Impact AreasFundraising Leadership – Own the fundraising process for the fund, focusing on rapid first close.Investor Engagement – Build, nurture, and maintain LP relationships.Capital Commitments – Convert prospects into committed investors.Market Positioning – Craft and deliver powerful pitches to LPs and investors.Community Building – Organize exclusive investor roundtables and networking events.Strategic Expansion – Grow the investor base beyond India into international markets.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a dealmaker with a strong investor network, a proven track record in fundraising, and the ability to close capital commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Fundraising Efforts & Investor Relations • Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund. • Leverage existing LP relationships and expand outreach to new Family Offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors. • Lead investor presentations, pitches, and negotiations to drive capital commitments. • Manage investor due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams for fund structuring. • Maintain ongoing communication with LPs, providing updates on fund performance, portfolio companies, and investment strategy. 2. Strategic Investor & Ecosystem Engagement • Attend and represent StellarNOVA Ventures at VC, PE, and Family Office events to strengthen investor engagement. • Organize exclusive investor networking events, fireside chats, and roundtables. • Drive thought leadership by contributing to industry reports, panels, and investor insights. • Position StellarNOVA as a trusted VC brand within India’s startup & investment ecosystem.3. Internal Collaboration & Market Expansion • Work closely with Founder & Managing Partner and General Partners, and Senior Investment Team to refine investor strategy. • Align fundraising efforts with the firm’s investment thesis, deal pipeline, and portfolio strategy. • Identify global investor interest trends and introduce innovative capital-raising strategies. • Help define fund structures, co-investment opportunities, and secondary market strategies.What We’re Looking For***** (MUST HAVE) Fundraising Expertise: 2-10 years of experience in fundraising for VC/PE funds.Investor Network: Strong connections with LPs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors interested in venture capital & tech-driven markets.
