You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and documentation to ensure that solutions can be maintained and updated over time.Location: Coimbatore Experience Required: 3-5 yearsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Optimize Salesforce data models, automations, and configurations to align with business needs.Develop and manage Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.Review and enhance existing automations, ensuring scalability and performance.Maintain Salesforce security, profiles, and permissions, aligning with organizational requirements.Documentation and mentor the junior developers.Stay up to date with Salesforce releasesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activitiesDesigning and implementing custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.Must Have:Expertise in Apex, triggers, optimized coding practices, flows, profiles & security.Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model and functionalities.Strong Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Lightning Web Components - LWCKnowledge, proven experience, and skilled in REST APIs, IntegrationsGood Debugging skills on Apex and LWCKnowledge, proven experience, and skill with Async ApexDeeper Understanding of Reports and DashboardsPD1 is mandatoryDeeper understanding of version controlling tool like GITGood to have:Effective stakeholder communication skills.Familiarity with Experience Cloud.Familiarity with large Data VolumesFamiliarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for Salesforce deployments.Familiarity with deployment strategies using Change Sets, Metadata API, or CLI-based tools like SFDXPD2 certification, Sales cloud and Service cloud and Experience cloud certification
