POSITION SUMMARYAGS is looking to fill the AGM - TA. The Individual will be reporting to GM/Associate Director. He / She will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment efforts within the healthcare industry. This role involves developing and executing strategies for attracting and hiring large numbers of healthcare professionals. The manager will work closely with department leaders to ensure timely and quality hiring to meet the operational needs of the healthcare facility or organization.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring targets, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and utilizing various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and employee referrals).Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for high-volume roles, ensuring that candidates are quickly and effectively screened, interviewed, and selected.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, create job requisitions, and prioritize roles to be filled.Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation, training, and orientation are completed efficiently.Job Fair & Recruiting Events: Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to engage with potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.Data-Driven Approach: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure recruitment efforts aligned with organizational goals.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including regular communication, clear expectations, and timely follow-up.Team Management: Lead and manage a recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration, goal alignment, and high-performance standards.Compliance: Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to healthcare-specific compliance requirements, including background checks, licensure verification, and certifications.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or job boards to support volume hiring when needed.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 14+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector.5-6 years of experience in high - volume reputable companies. Experience in Healthcare / RCM will be an added advantage.Extensive people management experience with a proven record of working effectively with people.
