The CEO will drive strategic growth, ensure operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams while directly reporting to the Managing Director (MD).Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business GrowthDevelop and execute the overall business strategy in alignment with the company’s vision.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all verticals.Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansions.Operations & Execution ManagementOversee end-to-end execution of EPC and manufacturing operations.Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and compliance.Streamline processes for improved efficiency, cost control, and risk management.Financial & Business PerformanceDrive P&L management and optimize financial performance.Ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Strengthen supply chain, procurement, and inventory management for cost-effectiveness.Team Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead senior management teams across various business divisions.Build and foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on accountability.Liaise with government authorities, investors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements in EPC & manufacturing.Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 15 years in EPC or Manufacturing sector.Business Exposure: Must have led a business of ₹200 Cr+ turnover.Leadership: Proven experience in leading large teams and managing multiple projects.Technical & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and business expansion.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to navigate complex business challenges.Stakeholder Management: Expertise in dealing with clients, vendors, government agencies, and investors.Preferred Qualifications:MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations, or Finance.Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory).Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
