The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for solving customer queries through calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and issues via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience. Requirements:Comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Non-Technical) in Arts, Commerce & Science or in a related field. Technical Graduates are not eligible.
