Recently backed by $111M in Series E funding, we’re scaling our efforts to connect exceptional global talent with transformative projects in AI.Role overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Motion Designer to assist in the creation of high-quality motion assets, animations, and visual effects.You’ll be responsible for producing polished, dynamic motion content based client briefs and reviewing AI generated content on visual harmony or accuracy.What does day-to-day look like::Create motion assets and animations that follow Turing’s creative standards and project requirements.Experience in concept art, layout and blocking, as well as 3D modeling, texturing, shading, and lighting to create visually strong compositions and enhance mood, depth, and storytelling in motion graphics.Evaluate the consistent preservation of identity in video content by assessing attributes such as skin tone, gender, age, dynamic poses, body shape/size, and hair over time.Evaluate animations across various thematic styles (Futuristic, Claymation, Battle Royale, Baroque, Kawaii, etc.)Implement a systematic rating framework to ensure consistent evaluations on motion style, fluidity, and creative execution.Identify acceptable minor variances due to motion stylization, while distinguishing them from significant mismatches.Identify acceptable minor deviations according to established stylization levels.Provide detailed feedback on significant errors impacting visual harmony or accuracyCandidate Requirements:0 to 3 years of experience in motion design or animation.Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.Understanding of design basics — composition, color, typography, and motion timing.Proven experience as a motion graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases creative expertiseStrong English communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.What We Offer:A collaborative environment with top-tier talent and thought leaders in the AI industry.Flexible working hours and fully remote work setup.The chance to contribute to groundbreaking AI projects for global leaders like OpenAI, Meta, NVIDIA, DELL, and others.Well-compensated contractual roles with the potential for longer-term engagement.Note: Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
