Chef - Food service (Location-Mumbai & Bangalore)Job opportunity with leading FMCG Company, Looking for Sous Chef or CDP Chef.This job opportunity closely aligns in building food services business across HORECA channel. The role involves working closely with the sales team to support product development, recipe creation, and client engagement. This is a unique opportunity to combine culinary expertise with business development initiatives, helping to showcase our products and drive salesCollaboration with Sales Team  Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and provide culinary solutions.  Train sales representatives on the culinary uses and benefits of the productsRecipe Development  Create innovative recipes using company products to enhance product appeal.  Tailor recipes to meet client and market preferences. Product Presentation  Conduct live cooking demonstrations and tastings for clients and stakeholders.  Assist the sales team in showcasing product versatility and quality during client meetings, trade shows, and events. Extensive travel required Market Insights Stay updated on food trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inspire product innovation.  Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams Quality Assurance  Ensure recipes and presentations maintain consistency and high standards.  Test and validate the practicality and flavor of recipes before sharing them with clients. What are the Critical success factors for the Role?  4-12 years of experience as a chef in a well rated restaurant/hotel  Strong understanding of food ingredients and recipe development.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?  Experience in client-facing roles such as culinary consulting, demonstrations, or similar.  Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance in the FMCG industry.
