Job Summary:As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. You will handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, feedback management, and issue resolution, contributing to our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.Address customer queries and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and offers.Handle customer feedback and complaints with a problem-solving approach, ensuring prompt resolution.Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant details.Coordinate with salon teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.Upsell and promote salon services, memberships, and special offers.Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.Qualifications & Skills:1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and appointment management tools.Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to service recovery.A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.Why Join Us?Growth and learning opportunities within a dynamic work environment.Competitive salary
