We’re seeking a full-time senior software engineer to join us in this pivotal stage as we refine and expand our app and platform.What You'll DoOwn and maintain backend services that power our mobile and web app experiencesCollaborate with the frontend developer and product lead to ensure smooth feature rolloutsOptimize database performance and ensure backend stability under growing trafficWrite API endpoints and integrating them with AI servicesParticipate in code reviews, architecture planning, and occasional rapid-response bug fixesCollaborate with our AI team to bring new features to productionWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3–5 years of backend development experienceProven experience with technologies such as Node.js, Express, MongoDB, AWS, JavaScript, Python, or similar stacksStrong system design skillsStrong understanding of secure API development and integrationExperience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD code pipelinesMaster’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineered (preferred)Experience taking apps to productionPassion for mental wellness, technology for good, and building with intentionSelf-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-evolving environmentExcellent communication skillsProactive learner, out of the box thinking, and self-motivatedWhy Join Us NowOur team is growing and evolving, and we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us take our product to the next level.
