Department - HRPosition Title - Frontline Officer - Learning & Development , TMDesignation - Officer / Senior OfficerQualification - MSW/ MLW / MBA in HRExperience - 4 to 7 YearsJob Responsibilities:TNI Identification & Execution:To collate training needs through MDP, Appraisal forms, Confirmation review documents and other sources for all employees• Preparing yearly and monthly training calendar based on Training need Assessment• Working closely with HODs of different departments and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements• Identify and select external training agencies and accreditation bodies necessary to deliver required training • Development of internal trainers• Coordinating with safety department for safety training• Regular follow-up with managers for the nomination of employees for different training programs• Create monthly E-Learning schedules and ensure execution• Skill Matrix & Competency Mapping CreationTalent Management:• Support Execution of MDPs of Talent Pool members by helping them with various learning opportunities• Ensuring and coordinating Potential Assessment of eligible employees and their DAC Process.• To audit MDPs and plan to review MDPs of select employees on monthly basisL&D MIS:• To prepare and monitor Training Slippage, Participation rate and coverage index monthly• To create event & sessions and create attendance roster in CSOD Platform• Prepare L&D tracker in CHRO Dashboard• Maintain E-learning Tracker
