You’ll craft stunning digital experiences that live at the intersection of aesthetics, interaction, and vibes.What You’ll Actually Be DoingConceptualize and design one-of-a-kind, scroll-stopping websites for brands that want to stand out.Define or evolve visual identities—logo, typography, motion, layout—you get the idea.Bring ideas to life with interactive mockups, motion references, or even Webflow prototypes (extra points).Collaborate with devs, writers, and clients to build experiences that feel cohesive, elevated, and alive.Stay on top of design trends—but know when to ignore them completely.Lead or participate in design critiques, brainstorms, and client presentations with confidence and clarity.Who You Are3–5 years of experience designing websites, with a portfolio that slaps.Passionate about digital design, branding, and immersive storytelling.Not just a stylist—you think strategically and design with purpose.You treat every project as its own unique creative challenge.Confident in communicating ideas to both teams and clients.Self-directed, autonomous, but super collaborative when needed.Curious, experimental, and hungry to shape the future of the web.Tools You Know (or Are Eager to Master)Figma (obviously)Adobe Creative SuiteWebflow (big plus)A bit of motion (Lottie, After Effects, or creative dev collab?
