It’s the trust that powers transformation.Role Overview We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with deep experience in mobile automation and manual testing. This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, and a strategic quality mindset. You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategies, building robust automation frameworks, and ensuring our mobile apps perform flawlessly across devices. Responsibilities • Define, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS apps (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest). • Design comprehensive test strategies for both functional and non-functional testing. • Own and drive end-to-end testing processes for mobile releases including regression, performance, and usability testing. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to clarify requirements and user flows. • Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring consistent quality practices. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable releases. • Analyze logs, investigate failures, and provide actionable bug reports. • Ensure high test coverage and maintain QA metrics and reporting.• Drive continuous improvements in test strategies, tools, and processes. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on mobile testing and automation. • Deep knowledge of mobile automation tools: Appium, Detox, Espresso, or XCUITest. • Strong experience with test frameworks and scripting in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Kotlin. • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, or Sauce Labs. • Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and version control systems (Git). • Solid understanding of REST APIs, performance testing, and debugging tools like Charles Proxy or Postman. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint ceremonies, and QA lifecycle. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication ability. Nice to Have • Experience testing AI-powered or data-intensive mobile applications. • Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Mixpanel). • Knowledge of accessibility and security testing standards. • ISTQB or equivalent certifications are a plus.
