Head – Fund RaisingLocation: MumbaiCompany: Leading Fun-Led DeveloperKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital from UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), family offices, investment banks, IPCs, and institutional investors.Leverage an extensive network of UHNI and institutional investors to drive capital inflow for real estate projects.Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including deal structuring, investor negotiations, and closing transactions.Identify and cultivate new investor relationships while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.Drive investor engagement through compelling pitches, financial modeling, and due diligence management.Stay updated on real estate investment trends, capital markets, and global fundraising opportunities.Key Requirements:18–25 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets, with a strong focus on real estate is mandatory.Proven track record in raising capital from UHNI investors and institutional capital providers.International fundraising experience is a plus.Deep understanding of financial structuring, investor relations, and deal execution.Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.Please note : Due to high influx of applications, we may not be able to respond to each DMs. We will respond to the profiles that fit the bill.
