Job Description:We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will independently clarify user stories with internal teams and clients to unblock developers and ensure smooth project execution. You will also guide solution management to ensure best practices are followed and that all solutions are correctly tested.Key Responsibilities:Independently engage with stakeholders to clarify user stories and resolve blockers for developers.Guide solution management to ensure adherence to best practices and proper testing of solutions.Create project timelines and follow up on deliverables with the support of the Scrum Master, Account Manager, and Product Owner.Identify and escalate issues proactively while working with clients to find resolutions if projects are stalled.Obtain and maintain Salesforce certifications that contribute to company certification goals.Provide expert advice on Salesforce limitations and best practices to internal teams and clients.Accurately estimate own development tasks and provide reliable estimates for common development efforts.Prioritize work based on client needs and contractual obligations.Raise potential delivery risks early to ensure timely project completion without compromising contractual obligations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in Salesforce development, consulting, or technical project management.Strong ability to work independently, clarify requirements, and engage with stakeholders.Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, testing methodologies, and project management approaches.Experience in estimating development efforts accurately and prioritizing tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and resolve issues proactively.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent) are a plus.
