You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale cloud data solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and high performance.What You’ll Do:Data Engineering & Cloud ArchitectureDesign, develop, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.Architect and implement scalable and high-performance data solutions in Azure.Leverage Azure SQL and distributed data processing frameworks for efficient data handling.Infrastructure & AutomationImplement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates.Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud data infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.Use Kubernetes and containerization technologies for managing and scaling data workloads.Data Governance, Security & ComplianceEnsure data security, governance, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.Implement best practices for data encryption, access control, and auditing in Azure.Collaboration & Agile ExecutionWork in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.What You’ll Bring:Strong expertise in Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL).Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, and CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins).Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization for data workloads.Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred: Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.What We Offer:At Delphi, we are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive, both professionally and personally.
