Job Description

We seek an experienced Advertising Industry professional with a high-performance background in business operations and partner account management. You will be pivotal in building, managing, and nurturing key Industry Relationships and Accounts to drive business growth and build new partnerships. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging their network with CMOs and Marketing Leaders to create and close impactful deals while driving strategic initiatives. This opportunity is for you if you are looking to explore, innovate and switch to AI first Organisations. At Advertalyst we are building and leveraging AI for Performance Advertising in OOH & DOOH. This opportunity will put you at the forefront of the AI Revolution for OOH Advertising in India. This role is strictly for candidates from the AdTech/Advertising Industry.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnerships: Identify, reach out, negotiate and close deals with key and strategic brand partners, advertisers, advertising agencies, and networksEnd-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of acquisition and business development, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.Demand Analysis: Analyze potential partners based on alignment with business objectives, ensuring strategic growth and business success.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration and onboarding.Qualifications:At least 16+ years of relevant experience in sales or strategic partnership roles, including a minimum of 10+ years focused on sales, account management and partnerships in AdTech/Advertising Services.8-12 years of experience partnering with and negotiating deals with advertising networks, and/or publishers.Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships to drive new business and revenue.Bachelor's degree in any stream; PG/MBA is a plus but not mandatory.Perks:Fully Remote: Whether you prefer working in your pyjamas or a co-working space in Bali, our remote-first culture gives you the freedom to work from anywhere.Innovation: Get hands-on experience and leadership in driving truly AI-led innovation for Advertising Industry.Career Growth: Accelerated career growth with success in the role.
