Dear Candidates,We are hiring Ecommerce Manager for a reputed organization leading in Luxury watches retail.Job Overview: The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform for Art Of Time. You will oversee the development, performance, and overall experience of the online store, ensuring it aligns with the brand's luxury positioning while maximizing sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Communication, and Product teams to implement innovative digital strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences across all online touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: • E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and brand positioning to drive online sales, growth, and profitability. • Website Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is fully optimized for an exceptional customer experience, responsive design, and easy navigation. Ensure the website accurately reflects the brand's luxury image and aligns with marketing campaigns. • Product Listings & Content Management: Work with the product and marketing teams to manage product listings, descriptions, images, and other online content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s voice. • Sales & Performance Analytics: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, etc.) and use data to optimize online sales strategies. Provide regular reports on KPIs and identify areas for improvement. • Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the customer journey from discovery to purchase, ensuring a seamless and luxury experience that meets the expectations of high-net-worth customers. • Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute campaigns aimed at driving traffic to the website. This includes SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, and other channels. • Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs: Develop strategies to drive customer loyalty, including the implementation of exclusive offers, personalized experiences, and post purchase engagement initiatives. • Partnerships & Online Retailers: Manage relationships with external online retailers, platforms, and affiliates (e.g., luxury watch platforms or marketplaces) to expand the brand’s digital footprint and sales reach. • Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure that online orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped efficiently, while keeping track of stock levels to avoid any disruptions. • E-commerce Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and luxury retail, and analyze competitor websites to ensure the brand remains competitive in the online luxury space. • Website & Online Store Enhancements: Propose and implement technological enhancements or features (e.g., AR try-on, 360-degree product views) that enhance the online shopping experience and improve engagement. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong background in luxury goods, fashion, or watches. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, as well as familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. • Luxury Brand Experience: Experience working with high-end or luxury brands and understanding the nuances of marketing and selling premium products online. • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and implement data-backed decisions to optimize e-commerce performance. • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and to a high standard. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding the specific needs and expectations of luxury clientele. • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Communications, Sales) to execute integrated strategies and achieve brand objectives. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with an eye for maintaining a consistent luxury brand experience across all digital touchpoints. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with luxury watch e-commerce or high-end retail. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for luxury websites and mobile apps. • Familiarity with emerging e-commerce technologies, including AI, AR, and VR applications for online retail. • Expertise in email marketing platforms and automated customer communications.
