Position: Sr. Associate - Sales Trainer (BU-Study Abroad)Location- Mumbai/ PuneSalary- 8-10.50lacLooking for a candidate with 3 years+ experience in Hardcore Inside Sales in Edutech or Sales Trainer in Real Estate, Banking or Edutech.Overview:This role reports to the Sr. Associate - Training (Study Abroad) and is responsible for training first-line supervisors and front-line employees to enhance individual and team performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct new-hire and ongoing training, ensuring consistency in performance across teams.Preferably experienced in overseas education training, with knowledge of France, USA, Germany, or Canada.Support sales targets through effective training programs.Evaluate and improve training effectiveness, maintaining accurate records.Assist managers in identifying and addressing training needs.Coordinate training activities with other departments to align with business goals.Monitor sales team performance, refine training methods, and report outcomes.Provide individualized coaching and develop learning resources (presentations, videos, handouts, etc.).Keep leadership informed of significant issues and recommend corrective actions.Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline.Minimum 3+ years of experience in student counseling or staff training.Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
