Job Description: Power Platform Developer (DevOps Role with AI Skills) Location : PAN India (Hybrid working)We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services skills, and the ability to create solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.Work with Copilot Studio to build Copilots.Utilize Azure AI services and Python data analytics skills.Use Azure Open AI and other Gen-AI capabilities in Azure cloud.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.Provide technical support and training to users.Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.Understand business processes and create process flow diagrams when required.Analyze business problems, design technology solutions, and manage the solution through the full life cycle.Collaborate with project teams to develop, test, integrate, implement, and support solutions using RPA platforms.Ensure efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality.Troubleshoot issues independently with good communication and analytical skills.Work in weekend and night shifts as required.Qualifications:Total experience should be 8+ years.Power Platform Certification is an added advantage.Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.We are excited to find a candidate who is ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to our team's success.
