The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management, and demonstrable experience in data science, analytics, or AI-related projects. This role involves working on high-impact projects involving Risk & Controls, Agile delivery, and collaboration with multi-functional teams across geographies.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document data-related requirements.Drive projects within the Risk & Controls function, ensuring accurate implementation of data governance and compliance protocols.Lead or support Agile delivery processes using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).Collaborate in a multi-client, cross-functional environment, facilitating teamwork and transparency.Apply deep understanding of data management concepts such as: 1) Data Lineage 2) Data Governance 3) Data Quality 4) Data Privacy 5) Data Management FrameworksManage stakeholder communication, reporting project progress and ensuring alignment with business goals.Contribute to the successful delivery of business change initiatives with measurable benefits.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis roles, preferably within Corporate and Investment Banking.Strong domain knowledge in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management.Demonstrated expertise in data science, analytics, and/or AI-related projects.Prior experience handling Risk & Controls-related projects.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or ADO.Solid understanding of data management and governance frameworks.Proven track record of delivering system and process change projects with realized business value.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in interacting with senior stakeholders.Preferred Attributes:Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Data Governance.Exposure to regulatory frameworks and compliance practices in financial services.Experience in global delivery environments.
