The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, offering technical solutions, and acting as the bridge between the customer and the engineering team. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and support to customers, ensuring they understand how the product or solution meets their needs.Sales Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to potential customers and partners.Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business needs, translating those requirements into product solutions.Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored proposals and technical documentation, including pricing and timelines.Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the companys products or services, staying up to date with product improvements, market trends, and competitor offerings.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their evolving needs and offer appropriate solutions.Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring technical requirements are aligned with business objectives.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions as needed.Collaboration with Engineering & Product Teams: Act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and product development teams to ensure smooth project execution.Preferred candidate profileEducation: Bachelors degree in engineering, Technology, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and address customer needs from both a technical and business perspective.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.Should have excellent presentation and Negotiation skills and be willing to travel to client places extensively Location: Chakan, MIDC PuneSalary range: Commensurate with experience (Rs. 25000-35000)
