This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership to enhance employment outcomes and career readiness.Develop and execute career development strategies to improve employability and job placement rates.Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni networks.Organize career fairs, networking events, recruitment drives, and employer engagement programs.Provide career counseling, resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search strategies to students and alumni.Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career development into curricula.Analyze employment trends and job market data to enhance career services offerings.Develop online and offline career resources, including workshops, webinars, and toolkits.Manage internship and co-op programs in collaboration with corporate partners.Supervise and mentor career services staff to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.Track and report key performance metrics related to career services outcomes.Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices.Personality & Must haves :Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.Proactive, dynamic, and capable of strategic planning and execution.Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.Strong email etiquette and professional writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentWorking Conditions : Timings: 9.00 a.m – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)10:00 a.m – 5:00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays offWork Experience : 5 - 10 years (Candidates from Gurgaon/Dwarka/South Delhi will be preferred).Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in career services, recruitment, talent development, or higher education.Strong networking and relationship-building skills with employers and industry stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze job market trends and align career services accordingly.Experience in event management and employer engagement initiatives.Leadership and team management experience.Proficiency in career counseling techniques and job placement strategies.Knowledge of career services technology platforms and job search tools.Remuneration: Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
