Job Title: Senior LLM Engineer – GenAI / ML (Python, Langchain)Engagement Type: Full Time / FTELocation: IndiaSalary: 2500000 to 3000000Experience Required: 7–12 YearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior LLM Engineer with deep hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This is a high-impact engineering role where you’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and business problem-solving. You’ll be instrumental in designing intelligent systems using Langchain, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering to build scalable AI-driven applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement GenAI / LLM-based applications using Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques and agent-based frameworks to deliver intelligent, context-aware solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for LLM and GenAI initiatives.Build production-grade, scalable AI solutions aligned with real-world business use cases.Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable AI workflows.Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization efforts.Required Skills:Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Proficiency in Langchain and working knowledge of LLM internals (prompt tuning, embeddings, vector databases, agent workflows).Experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.Solid background in Machine Learning or Software Engineering with a systems-level mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques.Experience in building and maintaining ML/AI product pipelines or end-to-end solution deployments.Familiarity with MLOps tools and scalable deployment patterns.Previous involvement in client-facing or cross-functional AI projects.
