This position is responsible for coordination with customers, sales team and inputting all information necessary into the product database for existing and new project implementations. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this position. Data entry experience or knowledge of an ecommerce business is preferred. The Employee will be required to work as per Singapore or Australia timings, as defined by her reporting manager. Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to get restaurant menus and pictures in structured format.Enter new Menu information, update existing Menu information into the product databaseLiaise with Design team for timely roll out designs for new installationsTranscribe information accurately and in a timely mannerOwn and report on the performance of assigned accounts, providing insights and updates as neededRequirements:Data Entry experienceExperienced with Windows, IE, MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, DropboxAbility to work independently under pressure to meet service levels agreementStrong Communication and Organizational SkillsKnowledge of web-based business, basic photo editing skills a plus.Self motivated and excellent customer handling skillsExperience in similar role will be a plus
