In this role, the focus will be on strengthening Secure’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will be working across teams, reviewing existing controls, and supporting improvements to maintain compliance with key industry standards. The role is driven by a need to build secure processes and reduce risk exposure while enabling smooth business operations. Thoughtful implementation and timely internal audits will form a major part of your daily responsibilities.Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation and enhancement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)Conduct internal security audits and track remediation plansReview and maintain information security policies and documentationCoordinate with internal stakeholders to align practices with security requirementsSupport assessments aligned with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and similar standardsMonitor compliance with regulatory and contractual obligationsKey Requirements:Strong knowledge of information security concepts, controls, and frameworksExperience in handling internal audits, risk assessments, and process improvementsFamiliarity with standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and CMMIAbility to work cross-functionally with various teams and departmentsStrong documentation and analytical skillsUnderstanding of regulatory requirements related to data and information securityQualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Information Technology or equivalentExperience: 8–10 years in Information Security or a related domainLocation: Udaipur, RajasthanWhat We Offer:At Secure, you’ll find a collaborative, thoughtful, and purpose-driven work culture.
