Venair () is a manufacturer of technical fluid transfer solutions that help leading organizations in the industrial, automotive, pharmaceutical, food, and biotech sectors, among others.Headquartered in Spain, Venair currently has more than 31 offices across Europe, Africa, Asia, and America with manufacturing plants in Spain, Romania, and Vietnam. due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Specialist for the Sales branch in Bangalore, India.Overview: Internal administrative tasks to support the sales and production/warehouse operations.The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are listed below:Carry out sales quotesBe in charge of purchasing orders from customersDeal with Indian customers directly by phone and mailCoordinate with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, delivery times, prices, problems and so onManage outstanding customer invoices, and chasing the paymentBe in charge of administration issuesPrepare and manage Stock shipments within IndiaReceive goods at the Indian warehouse and register them in the system (ERP)Orders picking and packing, and oversee the warehouse StockCrimping the hoses when neededHelp the external sales staff to plan the business tripsOther operations and administrative tasksThe essential requirements for this position are listed below:English speakerOrganized people, willing to take part of a project within an international environmentHighly developed communication skillsExperience in managing sales operations and customer service: 1-2 years requiredDriving License & Car or Motorbike recommendedThe benefits we offer are:An attractive compensation packageA comprehensive trainingInternational environment
