Required JD - Responsibilities:Sales Support: Assist the sales team in their daily activities, including preparing and processing sales order, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Customer Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management.Sales Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to analyse sales data, evaluate performance against targets, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.Sales Coordination: Coordination with Sales Team, Plant Production Team & EXIM team for delivering the sales & export targetsTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the sales representatives, sales managers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments.Desired SkillsExperience : 4 to 6 Years (at least 2 years in the same field) / Must have excellent communication skillsEducation : MBA ( IB/Foreign trade) will be preferred/MBA(Others)/BBA/Any graduation
