We are #hiring for a leading NGO!Key Responsibilities PLANNING - Prepare targets for fundraising from institutions, corporate and government agencies for 2024-25 and a detailed strategy to achieve these targets - Prepare detailed plans for each division with targets and timelines for fund raising from existing and new donors. - Conduct research to create a database of potential corporate and institutional donors and pre-sales research on companies and their net profits and CSR spends and initiatives - Prepare and implement expansion plans for multiple cities for corporate and institutional fundraising. IMPLEMENTATION- Develop presentations and customized collaterals for prospective partners/ donors - Develop relationships with institutional donors, CSR teams, and major foundations in India and abroad to identify new sources of funds. - Engage with potential donors including HNI, Corporates, Charitable Trusts, Family Offices, and Multilateral Agencies in India and abroad to raise donations and grants. Negotiate and manage financials, donations, and timelines with donors. - Assist in preparing grant proposals for agencies like UNDP, UN agencies, World Bank etc. - Monitor fundraising activities in all divisions periodically to ensure targets are achieved and appropriate documentation, applications, and receipts are maintained as per the MoU. - Generate funds from corporates through events, payroll, workplace giving, and cause related marketing tie-ups RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: - Maintain and nurture long lasting relationships with existing donors to increase grants/ donations.- Identify events, conferences and other public forums which provide an opportunity to increase visibility of organization among potential donors. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES- Knowledge of large Indian and international institutional donors, such as Mackenzie Scott foundation, European Official Aid Agencies etc. as well as Indian corporate sector.- Knowledge of CRM implementation - Ability to write convincing proposals - Strong Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
