MedGenome is the founding member of GenomeAsia 100K, an initiative to sequence 100,000 Genomes in Asia.We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Business Analyst - CFOs Office in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.Skills and Experience Required:3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic planning, financial analysis, and business performance.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the healthcare or biotech industry.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial reporting software).Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiency.Perform financial due diligence and risk assessments for investment projects.Support capital raising activities and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.Act as a liaison between the finance department and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Educational Qualification:Masters in Finance or Business Management from a Tier - I Institute is MustIf you are interested in this position, please click the APPLY NOW button for immediate employment consideration.
