This is a hands-on role, focusing on managing contracts, governance, documentation, and process improvements to support our business. There is also a strong emphasis on execution, problem-solving, and process optimisation. This is an individual contributor role.Key responsibilities include:Operational Compliance & AdministrationDraft & process contracts for independent consultants, clients, partners & vendorsConduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirementsHandle global mobility tasks, including work visa applications, relocations, and tax compliance for independent consultantsOrganise & maintain key consultant, client and company documentationAny other Operations-related itemsProcess Execution & OptimisationImplement & refine operational processes to improve efficiencyAutomate manual workflows to reduce administrative burdenKeep systems & records updated to ensure accurate tracking & reportingWhom will you work with?COO and directly reporting to the People & Ops LeadIdeal candidatesPossess between 1 to 5 years of total work experience, with some in HR & OperationsThrives in a start-up environment (strong sense of ownership, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.)Excellent attention to detailIndependent & strong problem-solving skillsPassionate about the future of work, disruptive talent models, and deliver an amazing experience for independent talentExcellent command of English (both written & verbal)Strong stakeholder and project management skills
