Graduate Engineering Trainee - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical (Design Engineering, Project Management, and Business Development)Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Electrical to join our team. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in Design Engineering, Project Management, and Business Development in the solar industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and managerial skills while working on real-time renewable energy projects.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Design Engineering:Assist in preparing electrical designs, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLD) for solar power plants.Support in conducting load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and cable sizing calculations.Work on selection and specification of solar inverters, transformers, and switchgear.Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, and other relevant standards in design.Collaborate with the team for energy yield assessments and optimization of system performance.Assist in preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement.2. Project Management:Support project planning, scheduling, and execution for solar power projects.Assist in tracking project milestones, progress reporting, and coordination with vendors.Collaborate with EPC contractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution.Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations.Support in documentation and approvals related to grid interconnection and commissioning.3.
