PlayAll provides sports technology and infrastructure solutions to institutions and corporates.Role DescriptionThe Community Growth Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to community growth, engagement, and retention within PlayAll Sports. The role involves working closely with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and foster a sense of community among customers and clients. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.Demonstrable portfolio as a Community Manager or in a similar role, with 2-5 years in community management or social media management.Strong understanding of online community platforms, social media tools and analytics.Familiarity with content management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative community engagement initiatives.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTake regular performance reports from the Corporate Event Manager, Event Manager, and Community Building Executive to ensure alignment and progress tracking.Identify and reach out to new corporate prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to generate fresh business leads.Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to enhance partnerships and conversions.Collaborate with internal departments to support community engagement initiatives and ensure consistency in execution.Monitor community feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and contribute strategic ideas for continued growth.Support event planning and execution efforts with input from key team members.Maintain clear documentation of reports, targets, and outcomes to support leadership reviews.Represent the brand at external meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to grow community visibility.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Company: Play All SportsLocation: Alliance Tower No. 1, 3rd Floor, Savita Vihar, New Delhi – 110092Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMWork Mode: On-site Only (No Work From Home)Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Marketing & SalesCTC - 5-7 Lakhs PA----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
