Non EB Claims ManagerJob Role:∙Overseeing claims for assigned corporates.Efficient claim processing, handle complex claimsCoordinate with corporate clients, and ensure policy compliance..Handling inquiries, offer legal advice, and lead calls with insurers and TPAs to resolve issues.Managing complaints with calm, clear communication and problem solving.Update property claim register / MIS in every end of week in ISO format.Managing all partner wise quires related to claims and helping faster resolution.Receive claim Intimation from client side and on the same day intimate to the Insurance Company for register the claim.Scrutiny of claim documents provided by insured before submission for surveyors.Fix appointment of surveyor / investigator for damage cases.Analysis of surveyors assessment and if incorrect take up with them.Collect required documents to the client and timely send to the surveyors and insurance company after scrutiny.Liaising with the insurance company and surveyors for payment & other queriesCoordinate agenda and prepared high-level notes and actions for teammembersManage all customer interactions, handling clients courteously to enhancesatisfactionSkill & other Requirements: Education – Graduate/Post graduate in any streamAdditional qualifications in Insurance stream would be preferableSound product knowledge across all products – Property, Fire and EngineeringAbility to work independently and comfortable in engaging with CXOs of corporatesSelf-driven, enthusiastic person with hunger to make it big
