Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Deliver excellent onboarding experience: Train and drive customers to success through enablement on product features, environment setup, and prototyping implementation-vital features.Design & Develop Solutions: Help customers realize value from requirements gathering through development and delivery of embedded analytics software solutions using Logi analytics products.Serve as the ‘go-to’ product expert: Document and recommend best-practices used by the most successful Logi customers, evangelize for proper use of the product.Drive Customer Success: Form an opinion on what Logi’s customers need to be successful, and advocate for the customer base internally.QualificationsMust Have:6+ years in a similar Professional Services role requiring consultingExcellent communicationExperience in a customer-facing role mapping customer requirements to software solutionsAbility to work without a Business Analyst or team of consultants/analysts in a customer-facing roleVery good front-end development knowledge with professional experience using HTML, CSS, and JavascriptVery familiar with navigating Windows and Linux OSWorking knowledge of containers and micro-services architectureVery good grasp of at least one relational database flavor of SQLWriting a SQL-based queryStored proceduresTable Valued FunctionsCTE StatementsHierarchiesIndexingPerformance tuning and other advanced conceptsBasic experience shell scriptingExperience and working knowledge of the following topics are nice to have and a plus.Deploying software to cloud environments including AWS and/or AzureA good understanding of KubernetesGood working knowledge of Node.jsWorking knowledge/experience of software development practices (e.g. Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodology)Good working knowledge of modern front-end solutions (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS)Back-end languages and concepts (e.g. Java EE, , C#, Spring Boot, Python)Knowledge and experience of NoSQL/Search database engines (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Cosmos DB)
