Role type: Individual contributorLocation: MumbaiReporting to: Senior Vice President - B2B RevenueRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Regional Ad Sales Head to drive revenue growth and market share for Tata Play ad media. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media sales, client relationship management, and revenue strategies tailored to the TV and digital ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Ad revenue Growth & Sales StrategyDevelop and execute ad sales strategies to maximizeDrive direct sales and partnerships with brands and agencies,Identify and activate new advertisers and ad innovationsClient & Agency Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and key advertisers.Negotiate deals and long-term partnerships to ensure a strong advertiser pipeline.Market Expansion & building sales narratives Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights, industry trends to optimize sales pitches.Expand presence in untapped sectors like SME and grow the advertiser base.Operational Excellence Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, analytics) for seamless execution of the campaigns bookedDelivering servicing excellence to agencies and clientsKey Requirements:8 to 10 years of experience in media ad sales, preferably in TV (broadcast), CTV and digital platforms.Managed target of 10 Cr paStrong network with advertisers, media agencies, and brand marketers.Experience in working with audience measurement metricsAbility to drive innovation in ad campaigns Preferred Experience:Prior experience in major broadcast networks or digital OTT platforms would be an added advantage.Understanding of west region ad markets, SME advertisers and connects with agenciesEducational Qualification: Full time MBA from a Tier 1 B school.
