You will identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and promote customized drone solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With expertise in B2C, B2B, government sales, tender management, and the GeM portal, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in aerospace/tech sales, strong technical proposal skills, and a passion for innovative UAV solutions. Join us to shape the future of drone technology!ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the UAV industry.Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of UAV solutions to prospective customers.Collaborate with technical teams to understand and promote UAV capabilities.Customize UAV solutions to meet client-specific requirements and business needs.Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards while promoting UAV solutions.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.Skills and Qualification RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.2–4 years of experience in business development, government sales, or tender management, preferably in the drone, aerospace, or technology sector.Strong familiarity with the GeM portal, government procurement lifecycle, and public sector sales.Solid understanding of drone technology, government compliance, and technical proposal drafting.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and tender management systems.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead client interactions confidently.Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
