We are seeking an experience individual for the role of Sr. Business Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team. Strategic Operations (SOps) team in Xiaomi India has two major responsibilities – strategic planning (identifying of key growth opportunities, assessing market trends, competition benchmarking, and defining long-term goal), and business operations (demand planning for categories, enabler planning, creating and executing schemes, and analysing scheme ROI). The successful candidate will work on the key projects involving aforementioned responsibilities, and will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, process-driven approach, keen business acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Ability to interlink different data sources and prepare data for analysisConduct analysis and research on business performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to optimize business processesAssist in the development of business cases, strategic plans, and other key business documentsProvide ad-hoc analysis and support to management as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or any quantitative field3-4 years of experience in an analytical role in tech, consulting, or related industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data setsProficient in using SQL, Python/PySpark, Power BI, Excel and /or other analytical toolsExperience in fundamental data science frameworks in supervised and unsupervised learning such as regression, clustering, time series forecasting etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders from different backgrounds
