This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring the seamless integration of marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and a data-driven mindset to propel FlashIntel's growth objectives.​Key Responsibilities:Growth Marketing:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, social media, display advertising, and SEO to drive user acquisition and engagement.Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing strategiesConduct A/B testing and data analysis to continually refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.​Marketing Operations:Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, to support campaign execution and lead management.Establish and enhance scalable processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. ​Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementEnsure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations across all marketing platforms.​Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.​Coordinate with external agencies and partners to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.​Lead training sessions to educate internal teams on marketing tools, best practices, and new processes.
