Job Summary:The EB/Non-EB Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end servicing of employee benefits and non-employee benefits insurance programs. This role requires strong relationship management, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of group insurance policies to ensure smooth client servicing, policy renewals, claim support, and overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing & Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all EB/Non-EB-related matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing timely and professional service.Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Policy Management:Oversee the complete life cycle of EB and Non-EB policies, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation.Work with insurers to ensure timely issuance of policy documents, endorsements, and certificates.Ensure policy terms and conditions are thoroughly explained to clients, addressing any concerns.Claims Management:Assist clients with the claims process, from documentation collection to submission and claim settlement.Work closely with insurers and the claims team to ensure smooth and timely claims processing.Proactively provide claims status updates to clients and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Renewal Process:Manage the renewal process for EB/Non-EB policies, ensuring timely communication with clients for renewal negotiations.Provide clients with competitive quotes, including detailed comparisons of available options.Assist in negotiating with insurers for the best rates and terms for clients.Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.Prepare and deliver reports, such as claims analysis, premium comparison, and coverage summaries, as required by clients and management.Provide timely reports to the Placement Head and keep track of renewal dates, claims updates, and other important timelines.Market Intelligence & Insurer Relations:Stay updated on market trends, insurer products, and regulatory changes related to EB and Non-EB products.Maintain relationships with insurers and partners to ensure competitive pricing and excellent service levels.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all processes adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards.Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, renewals, claims, and policy changes for audit purposes.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate insurance servicing (EB/Non-EB).Strong understanding of employee benefits (health insurance, group term life) and non-employee benefits (fire, motor, liability).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large corporate clients and managing complex insurance programs.Knowledge of InsureTech platforms and digital insurance management.
