Job Description

What You'll be doing:Ensure day-to-day compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and other relevant laws.Draft and review Board Reports, Annual Disclosures, and facilitate Annual Performance Evaluations of the Board.Prepare and file statutory returns with MCA, RBI, CICs, etc., within due timelines.Draft responses in legal or compliance matters and assist in managing grievances.Schedule and organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes.Maintain Statutory Registers, Minutes Books, and compliance documentation in prescribed formats.Prepare board presentations, sector notes, and background materials for meetings.Draft minutes and follow up on action points of review/internal meetings.Coordinate with internal/external auditors including Statutory, Secretarial, Cost Auditors, and Regulatory Authorities.Assist in inspections from regulatory bodies such as the RBI, ROC, and other government offices.Ensure zero adverse remarks or notices from statutory authorities through timely interventionsDraft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, MOUs, letters, contracts, and legal correspondence.Coordinate with internal teams to provide certified copies, resolutions, and documentation support for bids, tenders, and legal matters.Requirements: 3-6 years of experienceIn-depth knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, etc.Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within deadlines.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance tools/software.
