CRIF High Mark, a RBI licensed credit bureau, with its extensive bureau database provides information and analytical solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, telecom service providers amongst others.– Project Management OfficeLocation – PuneKey Responsibilities:Establish and Maintain PMO Framework: -Define and standardize project management processes and methodologiesEnsure that best practices are implemented and followed throughout the project/change request lifecycle.Establish and enforce project governance structures, including project plans and stakeholder communication.Monitor project progress and compliance to standards through regular project reviews.Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to assess project health.•Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of projects with organizational objectivesOne Single point of contact for project/Change Request-related issues, queries, and escalations.Manage relationships with key stakeholders like Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Developer, QA and UAT Tester to ensure effective communication across teams during the SDLC.•Estimations:As projects progress, the PMO helps guide the revaluation of initial estimates based on real-time data. Adjustments to time, cost, and scope may be necessary, and estimation•Establish Estimation Guidelines:The PMO is responsible for creating and maintaining a standardized process for estimating project scope, time, cost, and resources. This helps ensure consistency across all projects.•Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plusPMP (Project Management Professional), PMP (Program Management Professional), or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.•Experience:A minimum experience between 6 to 8 years of handling project management in Banking/Financial services domainExperience in driving successful project outcomes across multiple disciplines.Proven ability to work with senior leadership and influence project decision-making.•KEY Skills:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).Strong negotiation skillsExcellent both verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects/change request simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of financial management and budget oversight
