Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the expansion of Counts, our innovative TallyonMobile solution. The role involves onboarding channel partners, acquiring direct clients, and converting leads into paying customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and strategic sales efforts.Job ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Development:Visit Tally partners, chartered accountants, advocates, and software distributors to onboard them as Counts Channel Partners.Direct Client Acquisition:Conduct field visits to offices, small and medium businesses, and trade shows to generate leads and convert them into clients for the Counts app.Understand customer needs, demonstrate how Counts can transform complex accounting data into actionable insights, and close sales.Sales & Conversion:Convert prospects into paying customers by showcasing how Counts resolves their accounting and business challenges.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals effectively.Follow up consistently with clients at different stages of the sales funnel to ensure a high conversion rate.CRM Management & Reporting:Update all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking.Generate daily/weekly reports on outreach, client demos, and sales progress. Client Relationship Management:Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.Ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding process and provide support with their queries regarding Counts.Feedback to Management:Collect client feedback on the product and share insights with the product teams to improve Counts features and sales strategies.Preferred ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in selling software products. Prior experience in ERP, accounting software, or SaaS sales is an added advantage.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.Sales Skills: Strong convincing ability, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Technical Proficiency: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage calls, demos, and follow-ups efficiently.
