The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SQL queries, stored procedures, Unix, shell scripting, cronjobs, basic database skills, SuccessFactors LMS administration, maintaining SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs, managing support tickets within SLA, integration expertise with upstream and downstream applications from learning, and the ability to learn and manage custom solutions. Additionally, the candidate should be able to support and handle various learning patches and yearly upgrades, as well as support and monitor the Data service file processing. This role involves working closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our database systems and applications.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.Work with the DBA team to support Database Refresh project tasks for Instance Refresh projects.Write and maintain Unix shell scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.Manage and schedule cronjobs to ensure timely execution of tasks.Administer SuccessFactors LMS, including user management, course setup, and reporting.Maintain SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs to ensure seamless data flow.Handle support tickets and provide timely resolutions to issues within SLA.Integrate upstream and downstream applications with learning systems.Support and handle various learning patches and yearly upgrades.Support and monitor the Data service file processing.Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.Ensure data integrity and security across all database systems.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to database management, scripting, and learning systems.Learn and manage custom solutions tailored to our business needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in managing SQL queries and stored procedures.Strong knowledge of Unix and shell scripting.Experience in managing and scheduling cronjobs.Basic understanding of database administration and management.Experience with SuccessFactors LMS administration.Experience in maintaining SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions and services.Experience with integration tools and techniques.Knowledge working with IBM middleware integrations
