The Community Engagement Lead will primarily focus on fostering a vibrant startup community within their specific hub by engaging with stakeholders, organizing events, and building relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate with Community Engagement Leads from other hubs to identify and leverage synergies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful national ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities (Hub-Specific):Community Building: Drive engagement within the hub by connecting startups, mentors, student bodies, corporates, and other ecosystem players.Event Management: Organize workshops, meetups, forums, and hackathons tailored to the hub’s needs.Success Stories: Identify and highlight impactful startup journeys and achievements within the hub.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, corporates, and government bodies to enhance ecosystem offerings.Local Collaboration: Facilitate partnerships with local universities, incubators, accelerators, and corporates to strengthen the hub’s ecosystem.Secondary Responsibilities (Cross-Hub Collaboration):Knowledge Sharing: Work with Community Engagement Leads from other hubs to share best practices and align efforts.Cross-Hub Initiatives: Collaborate on multi-hub forums, events, or campaigns to address shared challenges and opportunities.National Impact: Contribute insights and recommendations to ensure alignment between the hub’s efforts and national ecosystem goals.Qualifications:3–8 years of experience in community engagement, ecosystem building, or event management.Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including startups, mentors, corporates, and government agencies.Demonstrated success in organizing impactful events and workshops.Strong communication and storytelling skills to highlight startup and ecosystem achievements.A collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple hubs and teams.
