The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through paid marketing channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and using data-driven strategies to enhance performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and techniques.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to identify what works best. Budget Management:Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize performance.Track and report on marketing spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver against performance goals.Data Analysis & Reporting:Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track and report on key performance indicators.Generate and present regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Conduct deep dives into data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for optimization.SEO & SEM:Optimize landing pages and ad copy for search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO).Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed and performance goals are met.Collaboration:Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.Communicate campaign performance and insights with stakeholders.Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies are current and effective.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
