Job Title

Position Objective The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be based at the Delhi Head Office and will support the management and evaluation of various ongoing health projects. This role will ensure timely and accurate data management, support strategic decision-making through data analysis, and contribute to program efficiency and learning. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the Project MIS (Management Information System) Collect, compile, and analyze district-level data from field sites Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data entries and records Present analytical findings and data summaries to internal and external stakeholders Develop and implement systems for data sharing, quality assurance, and visualization Collaborate with program teams and data managers to support data collection and analysis Prepare timely reports, presentations, and dashboards for project performance Assist project leads with data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making Conduct data quality checks, validation, and verification with field teams Maintain data hygiene in offline and online systems (MIS platforms) Monitor project activities and report progress towards targets Support capacity building of field staff in data tools and documentation Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Open to travel once a month to project site Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferred) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent in Social Work, Sociology, Business Management, Statistics, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E, working with field-based teams in national/international NGOs or government programs Experience in research and monitoring tools, data management platforms, and report development Knowledge of digital platforms or MIS systems for project tracking Practical experience in monitoring systems design, evaluation, and program learning About SHARP NGO School Health Annual Report Programme (SHARP) is a leading non-government organization established in 1999, dedicated to improving health outcomes for underprivileged communities, especially school-going children.
