Role: Packaging Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site) Location: Dehradun, India Herbs De Olivia is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in packaging design, supporting R&D, and ensuring packaging solutions meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions Collaborate with R&D, product development, and marketing teams to design packaging that aligns with product needs and brand aesthetics Lead packaging-related projects from concept through implementation Conduct material testing and ensure compliance with industry regulations Troubleshoot packaging issues and identify process improvements Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to maintain quality and timelines Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in an FMCG or packaging-related industry Strong expertise in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design Hands-on experience with Research and Development (R&D) in packaging Solid project management and organizational skills Background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field To Apply: Please send your resume to this email ID:
