Job Summary: Role : Logistics Associate Experience: 1 year to 5 years Job Location: Kolkata Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field) Willing to work in rotational shift Skills & Responsibilities Experience and competence in • Daily commercials and documentation for railway rakes • Rake booking and rail receipts • Indenting • Wagon accounting and Demurrage processing • Reporting • Previous experience with railways interfacing is a plus • Data analysis and reporting using Excel is required • Experience in rail and road logistics operations, billing is required • Experience in related SAP operations required • Creation of delivery orders/ stock transfer orders • indent booking • Road invoicing & documentation such as test certificates and road tax required • PGI process • Reporting • Good receipt (GRN) process • Raw material inventory reporting • Raw material transfer posting in SAP • Physical inventory reporting • Tracking stock in transit • Returns process • Experienced in raw material operations in bulk material such as coal and coke Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
